My order is missing or lost, how can I find it?

Soon after you purchase your BUTTONS, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes a tracking number. This will be the number to reference on the shipping carrier's website (FedEx in the US and DHL in Canada) to gauge where your order is currently. If the package is missing or lost, please Call us immediately 844.515.1999 or email us at support@iamplus.com and please include the following information:

  1. Original purchase receipt with order number
  2. What’s missing/broken/issue with product
  3. Your contact information (name and phone number)
