When will I be charged for an item that is on backorder?

Charges will post to your account within 24-48 hours. This may show up as a ‘pending charge’, which is a hold on your credit card for said funds. If you feel like you have been incorrectly charged, please call us immediately at 844.515.1999 or email us at support@iamplus.com. We will be happy to resolve any charges that may appear on your credit statement.
