Purchased through Apple
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple Retail Store, can be returned to Apple. Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

If you are wishing to return after Apple's 14 day return policy, your BUTTONS will be subject to i.am+'s limited warranty and can only be returned for an exchange if defective.
Purchased through i.am+ website
Orders made through our website can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date you received the package. BUTTONS earphones package must be unopened and product must be in new condition (Unused).
If you are wishing to return after the 14 day return policy, your BUTTONS will be subject to i.am+'s limited warranty and can only be returned for an exchange if defective by following the instructions below.
All items that are to be returned need an RMA. To get an RMA (Return Authorized Merchandise) number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide
the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of Issue
- Serial number from packaging
- Your contact information (name and phone number)
A customer service representative will provide a pre-paid return label and assign an RMA number to the End User. Upon receiving the RMA number and return label, End User should securely package the defective BUTTONS, enclose a copy of the RMA form in the box, and send BUTTONS to be returned to the i.am+ authorized service facility indicated on the return label. BUTTONS must be returned with freight prepaid. Returns associated with an invalid RMA number will be returned to their origination at End User’s expense. If i.am.plus determines that a Product returned by an End User does not comply with the warranty set forth herein, then the End User will also bear i.am+ cost of shipping the BUTTONS back to the End User.
Purchased from 3rd Party Resellers (Amazon, Ebay, Private sellers)
Orders made through 3rd Party sites must be returned to the original seller and are subject to said companies return policy. i.am+ is not liable for any product sold through 3rd Party sellers and items sold through their sites are not subject to our one year warranty. All replacements, repairs, refunds, and exchanges must be done through said 3rd Party.
