Damage caused by the end-user is not covered under our limited warranty. i.am+ will not replace or repair BUTTONS that are cracked, broken, or damaged by the consumer. If you feel that the damage was caused by the manufacture, please send photos the damages to Support@iamplus.com and we will be happy to investigate into the issue.
