Dials purchased through 3rd Party sites must be serviced by the reseller and are subject to said companies return policy. i.am+ is not liable for any product sold through 3rd Party sellers and items sold through their sites are not subject to our warranty. i.am+ will only offer support and warranty replacements on dial devices that were purchased with a two year contract directly through Three. All replacements, repairs, refunds, and exchanges must be done through said 3rd Party.
