Experiencing issues within our App? No worries! App Support is always available. There are two (2) ways to reach us
1. Within the App - Tap settings (the wheel) and then tap "Report An Issue". You can send us a message directly.
2. By sending an email to email@example.com. When emailing our support team, please make sure to include the following info so we can best address your issue:
-Your Name that you signed up with.
- Your Email address that you signed up with.
- Your phone number if you wish for us to call you.
- The device used to operate the App (e.g IOS phone or Android phone, and exact model)
- The Operating System (OS) and latest updated release of the App (if known).
- THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Please give as much detail as to how, when, and where you first noticed this issue.
